  • The number 1 source of excess calories is in sugar. WATER has 0% Calories and 0% Sugar; where as a can of Soda has a minimum of 35 grams of Sugar and 170 Calories.
  • Dehydration causes water retention which adds to body weight. It is a defence mechanism the body uses. It holds water back due to the lack of not receiving what it needs.
  • Drinking cold water speeds the metabolism. The effects are elevated about 10 minutes after consumption and peaks 30 – 40 minutes later.
  • Drinking sufficient PURE water counteracts all the consequences of dehydration including constant fatigue, weight gain, premature aging and the risk of serious diseases.
